Random stuff again

I’m convinced that this video of a suicidal bridge jumper in China being pushed off the bridge by an irritated old man is possibly one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen.  I have no doubt that if I was that old I would do the same thing hahahahaha.

Concerning the issue of Israel’s colonisation of Palestine, I’m delighted that the U.S Secretary of State has stated that the U.S position on the Israeli/Palestinian conflict is that Israeli settlement in Palestine must cease with NO EXCEPTIONS, such as ‘natural growth’ as the Israeli Prime Minister stated would be allowed to happen.

World peace took a definite turn for the worse when that bastard was made Israeli Prime Minister with the support of the biggest racist bastard Israel has ever seen – Avigdor Liberman.  It was Liberman’s party that is currently trying to ban Israeli Arabs from marking the ‘Nakba’ – the founding of and independence of Israel, which Israeli Arabs view as a catastrophe in which 700,000 Arabs fled Israel or were forced out of their homes.

I’m delighted that France has opened a permanent military base in the United Arab Emirates.  A Western nation that isn’t pro-American having military personnel stationed in the Middle East is definitely a good thing.  In the news story it says:

An aide to Mr Sarkozy is quoted by AFP news agency linking the base to an alleged Iranian threat: “We are deliberately taking a deterrent stance. If Iran were to attack, we would effectively be attacked also.”

A big challenge which basically says ‘come on and try it you bitches’ to Iran.  I wish more nations would do that.  Gotta respect French President Sarkozy for stepping up!

An idea for Israel

Some people think that Israel is due for some sour relations with the United States because Benjamin Netanyahu is a right-wing asshole who should be shipped off to Australia, and the United States now has a President with a brain and the courage to do what’s right in stating that the Palestinian need their own internationally recognised country in the internationally recognised borders around the West Bank and Gaza.

What I don’t understand is why Israel does not guarantee a COMPLETE withdrawal from the West Bank and East Jerusalem and guarantee an enforcement of equal rights for Israeli Arabs in return for the guaranteed full military support of an American CVBG in the event of an armed conflict with Iran…

Politics, murder, and military

This story about Israel committing murder and human rights abuses in Gaza shouldn’t surprise anyone.  It’s frequently documented by B’tselem that the Israeli war machine has scant regard for international law when it comes to the Palestinians.  These are accounts coming directly from Israeli soldiers – one account tells of a sniper killing a mother and two children at close range whom troops had told to leave their home.  In another cited case, a commander ordered troops to kill an elderly woman walking on a road, even though she was easily identifiable and clearly not a threat. No doubt some pro-Israel people would try and lambast the BBC for anti-semitic or biased news reporting – I’d love to see how.

On another subject… you have to give the French their respect.  BY FRENCH I MEAN PEOPLE FROM FRANCE… NOT YOU WANNABE PUNKS FROM QUEBEC.  According to French police 1.2million people have taken to the streets in a nationwide strike against France’s economic policies.  It’s funny because the French would strike and protest in such large numbers at the drop of a hat… but in countries such as Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, United States of America etc, you’d need a war, or a terrorist attack for that many people to come together.  The French government is afraid of it’s people – and not the French people afraid of the government.  That’s exactly how it should be.

According to Lt-General Andrew Leslie (head of Canada’s land forces) the Canadian military will need a one year break once the mission in Afghanistan ends.  It’s quite obvious Canada’s military is overstretched and underfunded.  That is a huge part of why I resent the general attitude of most Canadians towards everything military.  In both of the world wars Canada kicked ass seriously and I would be speaking German right now if it wasn’t for Canada.  So what’s with the wimpish ‘let’s talk about it’ attitude instead of ‘let’s get rid of some murdering bad people’?

Anyways… Defence Minister McKay just announced $16.7M for new accommodations at CFB Gagetown.  One of the good things about CBC News is they allow comments on their news stories.  On this particular one you have a load of whiney punks waffling on about wasting tax payers money.  I realise people have the right to voice their opinion, but when they’re looney left liberal twats who make no effort to understand the necessity, reasons and motivations behind having a military and keeping it up to standard – I honestly don’t think they should be allowed to voice their opinion.  Bear in mind these are people who stand on a soap box without taking the time to study and understand.

Four things

1.  This story about Prince Henry symbolises everything that is wrong with blighty.  Always will be a WASP country with a bunch of bigoted twits in the upper classes.

2. Isn’t Google’s new favicon pissing you off?  It makes me want to send off an abusive email hahaha.

3. I’m not pleased that America is not using it’s political and/or military muscle to force the Israeli military to stop murdering Palestinian children.  As I’ve said more than once, Israel has the right to defend itself and the right to exist but also has a duty to use a proportionate response and a duty to stop killing innocent people.  I’m not sure how anyone could equate 13 innocent Israeli lives with 270 innocent Palestinian lives.

4. I’ll keep saying it till you realise… I’ll be there waiting for your monkey ass :) .

Peace and Shit Stirring

As I desperately want to visit Israel and Palestine as soon as humanly possible I was stoked to see that Israel let Fatah members into Israel escaping persecution from Hamas.

What Israel needs to do is remove ALL Israeli settlements in the West Bank COMPLETELY, and if they must build that wall then building it along the internationally recognised border for the West Bank. Couple that with Read more...

Two Issues

I still harbour tremendous animosity towards Spain, France, Germany and Italy for their cowardice in Afghanistan. As I’ve said before those bunch of pussies make me ashamed to be European. I emailed the German government yesterday and called them cowards. It’s obvious they’re worried about the image of German troops in battle will bring up memories of World War, but in my email I told them to get the fuck over it and stop being cowards.

On a last note… I completely believe that the Israeli Defence Force deliberately murdered a Canadian military observer in a U.N observation post because he was going to report that Israel was committing war crimes in Lebanon. You can check out the story on CBC.ca >>

Current Middle East Affairs

As I’ve stated numerous times throughout my blog, I am definitely far from anti-semitic or anti-zionist (or whatever the term for being against the state of Israel is). I very much believe that Israel has the right to defend itself using as much force as is necessary, and no more.

But it’s quite clear that they’re using grossly excessive force. John Dugard, a United Nations Rapporteur has compared Israel’s treatment of the Palestinians to the Apartheid situation in South Africa way back. Of course, Israel has called the report one sided. You can view the news story on the BBC News website. It seems that when ANYONE says anything about Israel, Israel ALWAYS finds a way to called it biased, or one-sided. I’d love to find a criticism of Israel, in which Knesset have been mature enough to say ‘we do agree with that, and we are in the wrong. We are going to fix the problem, by not murdering hundreds of Palestinians over the unjust murders of a couple of Israeli’s’.

You hardly wonder why the IDF is fucking up so much when you have stories about the Israeli Defence Minister going on hahahahahahahahaha!

The 2008 Presidential race is heating up. There’s only two real candidates – Clinton and Obama. The chances of someone else winning is probably around 10%. Also, there’s rumours that Al Gore MIGHT run for President. The problem is he’s spent so many years acting like he won’t, the chances of him getting any real support is not much. Especially when you have Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama in the race. I think Al Gore would probably be the best President because of his desire to tackle global warming. Put someone like Arnold Schwarzenneger in as Vice President, Al Gore as President and you’d have Greenpeace EXTREMELY happy! If I were an American, even though Obama has the charisma, and Clinton has the experience, I’d be hesitant in backing either of those because they’d be too unpredictable in what they would do with America’s defence budget and the military in general… if they’d be willing to contribute troops if another nation needed help. If they’d unilaterally step in to somewhere like Somalia… or Sudan… or bomb the blazes out of North Korea if it attacked Japan or South Korea. Some people call America’s defence spending ridiculous – I call it excellent. I sleep safer at night because of the trigger happy cowboys south of the border.

It All Continues

The killing goes on. With cowardly cluster bombs. 400+ civilians is shameful. What’s the Lebanese death ratio of Hezbollah to civilians in this conflict? Israel needs to get its shit together.

What makes one person better than another? People could argue many things, but what I’d say makes it so is the content of a person’s character. Nothing else makes someone better than another… money doesn’t, power doesn’t, employment doesn’t. The sooner some people around me start realising that, the quieter my life will be.

My stepson’s got his eye on a couple of girls. They’re all his age and quite pretty – I hope he gets one for his girl.

My son has had a persistent cough for about a month now. We took him to Doctor Harland where we got some anti-biotics for him. We’re giving them to him and his cough seems to be calming down more. His breathing is still laboured a bit so every so often we’re giving him the two types of inhaler that Doctor Harland gave us.

It’s going to a great loss for this town when Doctor Harland decides to retire. He is a truly magnificent paediatrician. Aside from being British, he’s got this excellent ability to put your mind at ease.

I’ve put a list of people who have the same name as me – Ryan Paul – as one of the pages on this blog. So if you look on the menu to the right, you’ll see a link to Ryan Paul’s. Check them out – figured it’d be cool for people to see who else has this excellent name.

Enough Of This Murder

I’ve kept my mouth shut and not blogged about the situation because I’m not actually there. I won’t anymore.

Let me make it clear this view is nothing to do with anti-semitism of any sort whatsoever. It’s to do with anti-murdering civilians. The entire high command of the IDF are murdering bastards who only give a shit about one sort of civilian – Jewish Israeli civilians.

All this fucking crap about it’s trying to prevent terror attacks from Hezbollah is horseshit. They’ve got the best special forces in the world… they spend more on defence per person than any other country in the world, and pound-for-pound they’re the highest trained and best fighters on the planet.

Yet they target petrol stations… they target apartment buildings, they target crowded market streets… and they say they can’t prevent it? BULLSHIT!

Aside from the above, Israel also has the most ruthless and best intelligence service in the world, and they’re trying to say they can’t use money and or infiltration to root out the terrorists from Hezbollah?

If Israel managed to kill every single member of Hezbollah and Hamas without killing the amount of civilians it is doing right now, I’d put Israel on a pedestal. But two Israeli soldiers get captured which starts of the brutalising of a smaller and weaker country, and the murdering of more than 240 non-combatant CIVILIANS? Of course it’s a terrible thing that 14 Israeli civilians have been killed and the murderers should be shot dead. But the death toll on both sides is not proportionate at all.

What’s sad is that the entire planet isn’t sending troops into Israel to forcibly stop the IDF purposly targeting civilians, and to help the IDF root out and eliminate Hezbollah.

I always have, and will now give the Israeli’s their dues for their skill in battle… but what happens when the skill is taken too far, and used to murder hundreds of civilians? Obviously nothing, because no country in the world has the balls to stand up to Israel and say ‘NO MORE!’

My final word? Eliminate Hezbollah and Hamas – not innocent, unarmed, non-combative civilians!
