I’m sure that people reading my blog would see that I do not like Gary McHale.  I don’t think anyone likes him.  I don’t think his wife likes him.  Does anyone like him?

After approximately three months of not viewing his website, I decided to peruse it and see what other comical activities the idiot is up to.

I found that the problem is more serious than I thought.  He’s spreading racist material – meaning a lot of the videos and ‘articles’ on his website are designed to create resentment towards Native people who are protesting against injustice.

For instance… there’s a video of Shawn Brant on Gary’s website… every so often some text is inserted between the video clips which very slightly adjust what Shawn actually says.  For instance… Gary’s put that Shawn was following the orders of Phil Fontaine – which isn’t true.  Making a general statement is a lot different to ordering someone to commit various acts.

In another video… Gary’s put this whole spiel about the view of natives that ‘we are not terrorists’.  I looked up the word terrorism on Websters. It said:

the systematic use of terror especially as a means of coercion

So I looked up the word terror, and it said:

1 : a state of intense fear
2 a : one that inspires fear b : a frightening aspect <the terrors of invasion> c : a cause of anxiety d : an appalling person or thing; especially
3 : REIGN OF TERROR
4 : violent or destructive acts (as bombing) committed by groups in order to intimidate a population or government into granting their demands <insurrection and revolutionary terror>

The blockades and destruction aren’t committed to inspire fear or intimidate anyone.  They’re designed in an attempt to get people to listen to them.  Regarding number four… yes they are destructive acts committed by groups… but they’re not for intimidating the government into granting demands… they’re for getting the government to stop breaching their treaty and human rights.

So basically Gary McHale’s completely full of shit.  I wish I could write more here, but the pussy boy would almost certainly go running to the cops again whining about my blog entries.  I hope he gets what he deserves – you figure out what I think he deserves.

If I were in their shoes (Six Nations), I wouldn’t be destroying private property… but I would not hesitate to blockade the roads, the railways and streets in a non-physical protest.  If I were in their shoes I wouldn’t illegally assault anyone, but I wouldn’t hesitate in legally assaulting someone in self defence.

To their credit… the OPP have not blundered in there as they did in Oka.   People on Gary’s misguided and stupid train of thought are getting pissed off because the OPP aren’t doing their bidding.  What those morons either can’t see, or do see and don’t care about is if the  OPP go in and take down the barricades by force, there’ll be a bloodbath and many people will die.

Why don’t the residents of Caledonia get behind Six Nations, demand the land be given back and put the damn issue to rest?

I’m going to be consulting with a friend who’s an Aboriginal lawyer (from Six Nations) and getting some legal perspective on the viability of legal action.  From the little that he said in passing the other day, there’s a very good chance of being able to prove precedence so Gary can be taken to court.
